When and where is the auction?

Saturday, May 2, 2025 at Turtle Creek Casino and Hotel.

Who is invited?

Everyone who would like ot support our community and enjoy an amazing night out!

Will there be a golf outing this year?

Yes, we are excited to continue this tradition.  It will be held on May 16, 2026 at Antrim Dells. Details coming soon.  Discount offered if you golf AND attend the event!

Will lodging be availalbe?

Yes, Turtle Creek will be offering a room block with a discount.  More details to come.

Can my children attend?

No. We love our kiddos but book those babysitters now!  This is an adults only event.  

At the auction, do I have to buy anything?

There are a large variety of items, raffles and experiences at all price levels which makes the auction affordable for everyone.  That said, purchasing items is not mandatory.

I can't attend, can I still contribute?

You may still purchase select raffle tickets, purchase Give to Gather party tickets, purchse Teacher/Staff experiences or make an online donation.  

What should I wear?

Anything dressy casual or if you're a theme person-Country Western- have fun with your best cowboy boots, hat, dresses, dressed up jeans, flannels, etc....Think fancy Country!

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets will be sold through this website starting in April.  You may purchase single or couples tickets OR purchase a table for 8.  Purchasing a table for 8 ensures you sit with your friends. Start planning now!  

Are you offering any disounts?

This is a fundraiser event to benefit our school and all proceedes got directly to our cause.  We have heard your desire for some special ticket pricing so this year we are happy to offer 32 half off tickets for ER staff, a $100 discount for purchasing an entire table of 8, and a $25 discount if you attend both the golf event and dinner auction.  We truly hope this helps and brings more people to the event this year!  We love to see so much community support!

How do I get involved?

 

Own a business or know a business owner?  Become a donor or a sponsor!  We need sponsors to help put this event on.

Have community connections or great ideas for packages?  Help us procure donations!

Love hosting events and want to meet more ER families?  Talk to us about hosting a family or adult Give to Gather party!
